Engineering
Bring us the workflow that hurts. We build the application, the integration and the automation that make it go away, on the device and behind it, and we ship it the same way we ship everything else: signed, installed silently, updated from Luminex MDM, running on your premises.
What it is. Software from Luminex arrives the way firmware does: built from a repository you can see, signed, and rolled out through the console to the devices and configurations you choose. No side loading, no app store accounts, no visit to each device.
What you get
Intelligence, built in
A tablet in the field produces a stream of signals: where it is, how it is used, what is failing, what its user is trying to do. We add AI where that stream can be turned into feedback your people can act on, on the device and in the management console you host.
On the device
Guidance inside your application for the person holding the device: the next step in a workflow, a check that a form is complete, a flag when a reading is out of range. And the same signals summarized for the operators running the fleet, so a supervisor sees what the field sees. Built for the job the device was issued for, not a general assistant bolted on.
In the fleet
The management appliance already sees every device. We add models that notice what a rule cannot: a battery that is aging faster than its peers, a cart that stopped charging, a group of devices drifting out of compliance, explained in plain language with the next action attached.
In the workflow
Where a person is retyping, reconciling or chasing, we look for the step that can run itself: documents distributed on a schedule, reports written for you, incidents triaged before anyone opens a ticket. Everything stays on your premises.
We will come back with the device, the software and the plan to run it.
